Our Story
Chandramouli Physiotherapy and Neuro Rehabilitation Centre was founded with a single, unwavering purpose — to bring world-class physiotherapy and neurological rehabilitation care to the people of Kalaburgi, Karnataka.
Over the years, we have grown from a small clinic into a comprehensive rehabilitation centre, treating thousands of patients across all age groups and conditions. From post-surgical recovery to complex neurological rehabilitation, our team has walked alongside patients at every step of their healing journey.

Chandramouli Physiotherapy and Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre was established by Dr. Devidas Patil, MPT (Neuro), a dedicated physiotherapist with 26 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy, committed to professional excellence, compassionate patient care, and the advancement of rehabilitation services.
Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Devidas Patil has been recognised with several prestigious awards, including the Pride of Karnataka Award and the Kalyana Karnataka Ratna Award, along with other honours acknowledging his contributions to physiotherapy, education, and community service.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Patil has made significant contributions to physiotherapy education and academic administration. He takes a leading role in the administration and development of a physiotherapy college and is deeply passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation of physiotherapists. His commitment extends beyond patient care to promoting professional ethics, evidence-based practice, and excellence in physiotherapy education.
